How to Use:

1. Apply an even layer of Blooming Gel. Do not cure.

2. Use gel polish to draw your desired design directly over the uncured Blooming Gel.

4. Cure for 30–60 seconds under a LED/UV lamp.

5. Seal your design with a layer of Dynamic Diamond Top Coat.

Pro Tip: For a more realistic marble effect, apply 2 layers using two complementary tones. The results are bold, fluid, and beautiful.
