2. Then cut a piece of foil and stick-on nail. Use an eye-shadow brush and rub back and forth until the design-film has transferred and foil can be easily peeled back. If the foil has resistance or is still sticky, put it back and rub more.
3. Apply top coat. and cure it for 1 minute.
