Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the products to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside and ship them back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
